Noël is a master stylist and image expert with over 20 years of experience in personalized hair care. Her work spans top New York luxury salons and campaigns for major beauty brands, leading to the opening of Noël New York Salon & Boutique in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in 2011.
Known for her innovative approach—including early adoption of in-salon microneedling—Noël specializes in healthy hair, smoothing services, scalp care, and customized treatments for all textures. Her philosophy is simple: protect hair health, reduce maintenance, and empower every client to leave feeling confident.
An educator at heart, Noël offers tailored extension solutions and versatile styling options that fit modern lifestyles. Her expertise has attracted a notable clientele, including Alicia Keys, Yara Shahidi, Lauryn Hill, Eboni K. Williams, and Ciara.
At the core of her work is a guiding belief: healthy hair is balanced hair, rooted in the harmony of moisture and protein.

Janelle is a seasoned Salon Coordinator with a foundation rooted in hands-on styling and client care. She began her journey in the beauty industry in 2014, working alongside Noël Reid-Killings where she developed a strong understanding of the fundamentals of hair care and styling.
Over time, Janelle expanded her expertise behind the chair while naturally stepping into leadership roles across salons in New York and California. Her experience spans both creative and operational sides of the industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Now, nearly a decade later, Janelle returned to Noël New York Salon & Boutique, bringing her expertise full circle as she supports salon operations with a focus on organization, efficiency, and elevated client service.
