We’re looking for a full-time Salon Host to schedule and manage clients’ appointments, assist in daily operations, and provide a unique and genuine experience for a professional and multicultural staff and clientele. Our Salon Hosts are the first and last impression of the client experience, so if you love giving warm welcomes, are organized, and know how to work as a team member, you’ll do great here. If you appreciate details, are excited about growth (both personally and professionally), and have a great sense of humor, you’ll do even better. You’ll work side by side with our passionate team to provide client-focused service and detail-oriented hair solutions and while gaining and perfecting your work experience in:
Client Service & Relationship Management: Your days will vary from preparing small bites and beverages from our complimentary menu to responding to emails, appointment requests, and fielding calls
Appointment Management: You’ll schedule and book appointments based on stylist and client availability, as well as manage the waitlist to make sure clients find their ideal appointment time and our stylists have a full book
The Business of Beauty: Ensure smooth sales transactions and complete weekly sales summary to check in on our growth
Hair Care Curation: Learn about why our approach makes a difference and give informed service and product recommendations to clients
Embracing Teamwork: All hands on deck! It takes a team to make sure the salon is “Showroom Ready.”
This might be the position for you if:
You’re organized, can communicate well in person and in writing, and find delight in the details.
You’ve worked at least 1 year in customer service positions and genuinely enjoy bringing a smile to someone’s face every day.
You’re good at staying focused and believe that anything worth doing is worth doing it right.
You have experience with Google software such as Gmail, Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
You’re looking for a company to grow with and make an individual impact.
You love the beauty industry and dress for success every day

You know how to use social media professionally
