At Noël New York, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! Please acknowledge and respect our Cancellation Policy, keeping in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience and our stylists with empty treatment times. If this is your first appointment with Noël New York, please request a consultation with your service. All first time appointments require a non-refundable $25 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is credited toward your service. All appointments must be booked with a credit card on file; method of payment may be changed at time of service.
We strongly recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure we can accommodate your schedule.
Noël New York Cancellation Policy
Noël New York lets you change or cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled in less than the 24 hour window will be charged to the credit card on file for 100% of each service, unless the vacated time can be filled. Same day appointments must be booked with a credit card. Appointments cancelled on the same day as booking will be charged for 50% of each service. Clients that do not honor their appointment will be charged as follows:
-After a 20 minute grace period, a $25 late fee will be applied in addition to being "squeezed in" between other clients
-Less than 24 hours notice or "no-show" - 100% of the scheduled service
