NNY Cancellation Policy *
At Noël New York, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you! "No shows" or last minute cancellations leave other clients, who could not get an appointment, at an inconvenience and our stylists with empty treatment times. We ask that you cancel or make changes to your appointment 24 hours before your service time and 72 hours before extension services, to avoid a charge for the full value of your service. If you're running late, give us a call to let us know! We'll do our best to fit you in for your appointment, but we may have to assess a $25 late fee if you're more than 15 minutes behind schedule. Guest & Children Policy Please let us know if you'd like to bring a guest to your appointment. Because we book out spaces specifically for you, that leaves us with limited space for unplanned guests. We always try our best to accommodate our clients; if you give us a heads up, we can prepare to make both you and our guest as comfortable as possible. We kindly ask that all children have a booked service to be allowed in the salon. This is for insurance and safety purposes, and to honor the relaxation of our clients. Of course, we understand that life happens. Please let us know in advance if you need to bring your child, as we do not assume liability for their safety.
